The terms you accept when you use Empo, and the limits on what Empo promises.

These terms cover the Empo app and this documentation site.

The licence

Empo is free. You may install it, use it, and stop using it at any time. The source code carries its own licence in the repository, and that licence governs the code.

What you supply

Empo plays games that you supply. You are responsible for the files you import. Do not import a game that you have no right to hold or to play. Empo ships no game and hosts no game.

Pre-release software

Empo is pre-release and it is not on the App Store. You install it yourself. It can fail, lose a save file, or stop working after an iOS update.

Keep your own copy of anything you care about.

No warranty

Empo comes as it is, with no warranty of any kind. To the limit the law permits, the author is not liable for lost data, lost time, or any other damage that follows from the use of Empo.

Changes

A change to these terms shows here with a new date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
